The ACP is a limited liability company set up by a group of lawyers to promote collaborative methods.

 

All of the lawyers have trained with Pauline Tesler, one of the founders and a leading light of the collaborative movement in the United States.

 

The aims of the ACP are:

  • To promote collaborative law as a mechanism for settling disputes.
  • To support practitioners by providing documentation and ethical guidelines for the practise of collaboration.
  • To provide training and peer review structures for collaborative Practitioners.
