Our extensive Litigation Department acts on behalf of Plaintiffs and Defendants. We have a specialised emphasis on Defence Litigation particularly for Insurance Companies and represent a large Portfolio of both National and International Insurance Companies. These Companies rely on us for our expertise and professionalism. This Department is run by Simon Kelly who has over 20 years experience in litigation.

David is the co-author of Irish Stamp Duty Law and works with Linda who is also a qualified tax consultant providing capital tax advice to clients, property transactions, probate and estate planning including family and business succession. We have extensive experience in dealing with Hotels, Nursing Homes and other complicated tax structures and ensure that all transactions are carried out in a tax efficient manner with the correct legal structure.

Linda has over 15 years experience in advising Clients on Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Trusts. Her advice extends to Estate planning, and the Probate of Estates. Due to her specialty in taxes she is in a strong position to give detailed legal and tax advice to clients.

We have a commercial law practice with a strong emphasis on commercial conveyancing.  The firm has been involved in structuring, undertaking and the carrying out of Company Takeovers, purchasing of assets, with particular emphasis on tax structuring. We pride ourselves on the provision of innovative legal solutions and structures of such transactions. 

Headed by Neil Dineen who has over 12 years experience dealing with developers and builders, we advise on commercial transactions and commercial property and its development.
