Linda Harney practices in the firm’s Private Client Department. She works in the area of Commercial Property, Landlord and Tenant, Taxation and the Administration of Estates. She also advises on Family Law having previously worked for the Legal Aid Board in Cork.
Linda is an honours graduate of University College Dublin where she obtained a B.C.L. degree. She holds a Law Society Diploma in Property Tax and is an Associate of The Institute of Taxation. Linda is also a member of A.C.P the Association of Collaborative Practitioners. |
