Linda Harney, Partner has successfully obtained a Diploma from STEP Ireland (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners in Ireland) in conjunction with the Irish Law Society.

Linda is now authorized to use the designation Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) after her name and can be described as a registered Trust and Estate Practitioner.

Linda is now affiliated to the STEP Ireland branch of STEP Worldwide.

Linda obtained this Diploma because STEP Ireland’s objectives are:

–          to provide a forum for discussion about developments in trust and estate matters

–          to discuss aspects of tax, accounting, administration, statute and case law applicable or related to trusts and estates, whether domestic or international.
