Non-Principal Private Residence (NPPR) Charge  The NPPR charge is an annual charge of €200 on residential property not used as the owners sole or main residence. 

 For 2010 the liability to pay the charge is determined by the basis of ownership of the property on 31st March 2010 (liability date).

For 2010 the charge must be paid by 30th June 2010 to avoid late payment charges.  Further information is available on the NPPR website (www.nppr.ie)
